Every roll call, how each member voted, the bills behind them and the money around them.
STATESIG.tv
Congress. Courts. White House. Tech. Always on.
Signals are everywhere. StateSig brings them into focus: live dashboards, one hub, a clearer view of the world. Always on. Free to explore.
01On air now
Every desk, one signal
Each desk is a live channel. It runs full screen on its own, changes scenes as news breaks and takes over the screen when something big happens. What you see below is each one, live right now. Three more are on the way.
Supreme Court opinions, votes, arguments and orders, and the federal appeals courts’ rulings.
Executive orders and proclamations the day they’re signed, and the Federal Register’s rules and deadlines.
Tech and security news as it breaks, the vulnerabilities being exploited, ransomware, outages and the internet’s health.
02Where to put it
Made for the screen in the corner of the room
Open a desk, go full screen and leave it. It refreshes itself and picks its own scenes. There’s nothing to set up and nothing to click. Here’s how to put it on a TV.
-
Home offices
A tablet beside the keyboard: what Congress voted on, what the President signed and what the Court decided, without opening another tab.
Execdesk · Civicdesk -
IT & security teams
Newly exploited vulnerabilities, Patch Tuesday, cloud outages and ransomware claims, on the wall of the ops room or the help desk.
Techdesk -
Watch parties
Election nights, the State of the Union, a big vote. Every call and seat change lands on the big screen as it happens.
Civicdesk · Electiondesk soon -
Classrooms
Civics and government with the real record: how each member voted, what’s on the House floor, what the Court decided and who dissented.
Civicdesk · Courtdesk -
Bars & restaurants
One screen for the game, one for the big vote or the night’s results. Built to read from across the room.
Civicdesk · Electiondesk soon -
Newsrooms & live streams
A clean, branded feed for a studio wall or a stream scene, with takeovers when an order is signed, a race is called or a flaw is being exploited. Free on monetized streams. Add it to OBS.
Every desk -
Law, policy & advocacy offices
Opinions at 10 AM, the emergency docket, executive orders, comment deadlines and roll calls the moment they close, all on the wall.
Courtdesk · Execdesk · Civicdesk -
Lobbies, libraries & break rooms
A screen people actually stop and read. Calm, factual and never selling anything.
Any desk
Best on a tablet. Fine on anything.
The desks are designed for a tablet propped on a desk or a counter, and they scale up to a TV and down to a phone. If it has a web browser and an internet connection, it can run a desk. No app, no account.
03How it’s built
Public records. Transparent methods.
Built by hand, with love. StateSig.tv started as a wall of screens for one home office: a way to follow what government is actually doing without the noise. Every desk is designed and written from scratch, scene by scene, to be read at a glance.
No partisan ratings. Votes are shown as cast, documents in their own words, numbers as published, and headlines with their sources named. Every party, member, justice and president is measured the same way. Techdesk’s derived threat indicator and Civicdesk’s occasional AI bill summaries are clearly labelled.
Straight from the source. The desks pull from public data feeds and official records: the House Clerk, Congress.gov, the Supreme Court, the White House, the Federal Register, CISA, the National Vulnerability Database and more, updating through the day. Every source is listed, with how often it’s read, on the Sources page.
Free to use. No sign-up, no paywall, no ads. Open a desk, go full screen and leave it running.
